Changing the Length of an Appointment
These instructions will help you modify the length of an appointment by changing service duration times on open tickets. Once you’ve added a service to a ticket, you can easily change the details of that service.
- Open an existing open ticket.
- Click on a service listed on the ticket.
- A box will expand showing you the details of the service. If the service has a processing and finishing time, you will see the duration for each portion of the service all listed. Adjust the duration by changing the value shown in the box labeled Mins.
- Click the Close button in the service details box to save the changes you’ve made.
