Changing the Length of an Appointment

These instructions will help you modify the length of an appointment by changing service duration times on open tickets. Once you’ve added a service to a ticket, you can easily change the details of that service.
  1. Open an existing open ticket.
  2. Click on a service listed on the ticket.
  3. A box will expand showing you the details of the service. If the service has a processing and finishing time, you will see the duration for each portion of the service all listed. Adjust the duration by changing the value shown in the box labeled Mins.
  4. Click the Close button in the service details box to save the changes you’ve made.
